Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of cosmetics and skincare, products once opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received, within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
